Set up a Pre-Authorized Debit

To set up a pre-authorized payment, please contact the merchant directly and they will specify which information they need. To arrange a pre-authorized payment for your RBC^® products, please contact us at 1-800-769-2511.

To cancel pre-authorized payments we suggest you contact the merchant directly and provide an alternate method of payment.

You can set up a pre-arranged payment or transfer in Online Banking or by calling us at 1-800-769-2511. Simply specify the amount, date and how often you want the transfers to occur (such as once a week, every 2 weeks or once a month).
