To Add a Payee in the Mobile App:
- Tap Move Money in the Navigation Bar
- Tap the Action Button in the Navigation Bar
- Tap Add a Payee
- Search for a company alphabetically or by category.
- Select a Payee
- Follow the on-screen instructions
To Remove a Payee in the Mobile App:
- Tap More in the Navigation Bar
- Tap Settings
- Tap Manage Payees
- Tap the payee you’d like to remove
- Tap the Action Button
- Tap Delete
To Add a Payee in Online Banking:
- Sign in and click Add Payees in the Quick Payments & Transfers box on the right side of the page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to find and add the company and your account information to your payee list for future payments.
To easily identify your payees, you can nickname your bill payment companies:
Under Manage Payees select Nickname Payees. You can then add a friendly name to identify your bill pay company
To Remove a Payee in Online Banking:
- From the Accounts Summary page, click Pay Bills & Transfer Funds in the Quick Payments & Transfers box on the right side of the page.
- Click Manage Payees from the navigation menu on the left.
- Click Delete next to the bill payment company you want removed from your list.
