To Make a Pre-Arranged Bill Payment or Transfer in the Mobile App:
- Tap Move Money in the Navigation Bar
- Tap Pay a Bill
- Follow the on-screen instructions and tap When to select an upcoming date
You can make recurring payments and transfers on specified dates by tapping Frequency and selecting an option.

- Sign in to Online Banking and click Add Payees in the Quick Payments & Transfers box on the right side of the page.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
To Make a Payment in Online Banking:
- Sign in to Online Banking and click Pay Bills & Transfer Funds below the Quick Payments & Transfers box on the right side of the page.
- Select the desired recipient. You may need to add a payee if it’s not already on your list.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
Whether you’re at home or away you can arrange to have payments and transfers made at a predetermined frequency or specified dates. Simply specify the amount and how often you want the transfers to occur (such as once a week, every 2 weeks or once a month). If you’re setting up online or by phone, use the “memorized” option.
