To Cancel or Modify a Post-Dated Payment or Transfer in the Mobile App:
For iOS Devices
- Tap Move Money in the Navigation Bar
- Tap Pay a Bill
- Tap the Upcoming tab
- Select the payment you want to edit or cancel
- Tap Edit or Delete
- Follow the on-screen instructions
For Android Devices
- Tap Move Money in the Navigation Bar
- Tap the Action Button in the Navigation Bar
- Tap View Bill Payment Transactions
- Tap the Upcoming tab
- Select the payment you want to edit or cancel
- Tap Amount
- Tap Save
To Cancel or Modify a Post-Dated Payment or Transfer in Online Banking:
- Sign in to Online Banking
- From the Accounts Summary page, go to the links on the right and select Manage Postdated Transactions
- Find the transaction that you want to change or cancel
- If you want to modify the payment amount, select the amount. If you want to delete the transaction, select Delete.
If you need to a cancel a transfer that's already been processed – such as a transfer made between accounts – call us at 1-800-769-2511 today before 6 p.m. (local time).
