Changing or Deleting More Than One Payment at a Time

If the payments are still in RBC’s pending database, then RBC can perform a Mass Request to delete or change the payments. However if the payments are processed, a Mass Reversal may need to occur.

To arrange a mass request, complete the Mass Request Form before the mass request deadlines and email directly to RBC once the form is completed, using the submit button at the bottom of the form. Alternatively, you can modify each payment individually using RBC Express ACH Payment Manager.
