Payment Groups
A Payment Group is a collection of similar-purpose Payment Records grouped together for better management of your payments. Common examples include payroll distributions by divisions or functions, or leasing payments by property location. Most organizations will have their payroll set-up as a Payment Group.
The Payment Records in the Payment Group contain specific payment information, such as the amount to be paid and account numbers. By storing this information in a Payment Group you can reuse it each time you wish to make another deposit.
