Receiving a Confirmation Report

You can retrieve your Input Verification and Edit Report and the File Input Payment Confirmation Report within an hour of your input file being processed, using RBC Express ACH Direct Payments & Deposits or Data Transmission.

If you receive these reports by fax, they will be sent to your fax machine within the hour. If you receive these reports by paper, they will be available 2 business days after your input files have been processed.

Clients using RBC’s online payment tools can make immediate corrections to payments with error messages. Corrections must be received and processed in our system by the deadlines listed below.
