Accessing Reports & Data Files

Reports and data files can be accessed via RBC Express ACH Direct Payments & Deposits and/or Data Transmission.

You may receive separate reports for different company units and services.

Reports should be downloaded and saved on your server or PC in order to retain them for future reference and long term retention.

Accessing Reports via RBC Express ACH Payment Manager

To retrieve your reports via RBC Express ACH Direct Payments & Deposits Service, select Service Reports/Data Files from the left hand menu option under Reports and click on the Refresh Reports List button on that page.
