Lost or broken RSA SecurID Tokens

It is your responsibility to keep your RSA SecurID® Token safe. If lost or broken, please contact your Cash Management Client Support Centre.

If the RSA SecurID Token device failed due to manufacture's defect, RBC Royal Bank will replace it at no cost. However, there is a cost for replacing lost or damaged tokens.

It may take approximately two days to provide replacements.


Your token will become disabled after 3 invalid attempts at entering your token code. If this occurs, call your Cash Management Client Support Centre.
