Validation for Prefunded Deposits via RBC Express ACH Payment Manager

 

Direct Deposits that you add, change, or when you correct a “T” level error via RBC Express ACH Payment Manager will also be taken in consideration as part of our validation process. We will immediately debit your RBC Royal Bank control account if funds are available. If funds are not available or any of the other conditions listed below apply, you will not be able to proceed with your transactions. An online message will be displayed reflecting the following conditions:

  • Funds are not available in your RBC Royal Bank account
  • Your RBC Royal Bank account is closed
  • Your RBC Royal Bank account is invalid
  • Your RBC Royal Bank account is attached to Consolidated Offset Balance Control configuration (COBC)
  • Due to technical problems we are unable to confirm funds in your RBC Royal Bank account

You will need to re-enter blocked transactions on RBC Express ACH Payment Manager until the prefunding conditions are corrected.
