Report My Credit Card Lost or Stolen

Call our 24-hour toll-free number 1-800-361-0152 or Outside North America: 514-392-9167 (collect) immediately if your RBC Royal Bank credit card is lost or stolen.

Once you have informed us of the loss, we will be able to block the card from future use and issue a new card to you.

Pay My RBC Credit Card

We offer many options to pay your RBC credit card: Online Banking, Telephone Banking, ATM or at your local Branch.

You can make a payment to your RBC Royal Bank Canadian Dollar Visa by using Online Banking, by telephone at 1-800-769-2511, at an RBC automated bank machine or by visiting your local RBC Royal bank branch.

See My Avion Point Balance and Redeem My Points

As an Avion Rewards cardholder, you can automatically redeem your Avion points while banking online. Simply:

• Sign into Online Banking;
• Go to your Visa Details page;
• Click on "Avionß Rewards" from the self-serve menu on the right;
• View your points balance and select the items you like.
