RBC NextLogic lets you manage your company’s expenses by:
- Issuing and cancelling cards
- Pooling credit limits across cards
- Changing card limits and setting temporary limits at your discretion
- Blocking spend by merchants, via Merchant Category Code groups
And gain clarity over your company’s expenses through:
- Increased visibility over spending patterns
- Dynamic and customizable reporting with statements available at the individual and corporate levels
- Viewing additional transaction details via enhanced data
- Integrating data to third-party expense management systems
RBC has partnered with Visa Corporation to deliver RBC NextLogic.
Two-factor authentication is one way RBC is focusing on the increased security of your accounts and data. Employees will go through a two-step process each time they log in, including using a one-time code for an extra layer of protection against fraudulent logins.
Normally, cardholders will receive their card within 10 business days through the mail. Please allow additional time for postal mail delays or special requests. If cardholders do not receive their cards after 10 days, please contact 1-888-769-2534 (1-888-ROYAL-34).
You can access up to 25 months of eStatements (current statement plus 2 years of transactional data) within RBC NextLogic. If you need additional historical information beyond 25 months, please contact RBC Commercial Cards Client Support at rbccommercialcards@rbc.com or 1-877-334-9938.

Card Controls – Will allow a Program Administrator to apply payment controls based on account and transaction limits, as well as location, time and/or spend velocity to their cardholder accounts.
Company Dashboards – Our comprehensive dashboards will allow program administrators to gain visibility and insights to your company’s spending to help you make quick and informed decisions.
Each company will have one dashboard license assigned. The program administrator can then decide which user will have the dashboard license assign to their profile.

Activate your card by calling 1-888-769-2575 and set up a personalized PIN number.
Confirm your email receipt of your username and temporary password for RBC NextLogic. If you have not received an email with these details, please contact your company's Program Administrator.
Log in to RBC NextLogic using your username and password and follow the Getting Started Guide for Cardholders(PDF).

No, you do not need to make payments if your company pays your balance. Your Program Administrator can confirm if payments are being made on your behalf. You can review your company’s expense policies to learn about program requirements, such as submitting receipts with your statements each month.
If your company has selected the Commercial Avion card and granted you access to use the points earned, sign into Avion Rewards to learn more about the Avion Rewards program and how to redeem. If you’re unaware of what rewards options your company has chosen, please contact your Lead Program Administrator.
