Fastest Payment Option!

  • Log on to RBC Express.
  • Create a new Account Transfer and select your Commercial Card Account(s) in the Transfer To drop-down.
  • Enter payment amount to corporate and/or individual card(s).
  • Make payment using the Account Transfer function.

Remember:

  • Paying a Corporate Account: Payments typically take 2 business days to appear on your account, however please be aware that in some circumstances, this may take longer.
  • Paying an Individual Account: Payments to individual accounts take place in real-time.

Note:

  • Only Commercial Card Accounts opened under the primary profile within RBC Express are available in the Accounts Transfer module. To make a payment to Commercial Card Account(s) in a related entity, use the Bill Payment function in RBC Express.
  • Payment processing time is subject to RBC Express’ processing schedule.

Remember:

  • Currency conversion for Auto Pay is not available, for example, a USD Business Deposit Account must be used to process a payment to a USD credit card. Similarly, a CAD Business Deposit Account must be used to process a payment to a CAD credit card.
  • Only authorized Lead Program Administrators / Signing Officers are able to process payments under this option.

RBC Online Banking or Other Financial Institution's Online Banking

  • Log on to RBC Online Banking.
  • Add the 16-digit commercial card account as under the Bill Payment function by selecting Visa Royal Bank.
  • Make a payment using Bill Payment function.

  • Paying a Corporate Account: Payments typically take 2 business days to appear on your account however, please be aware that in some circumstances, this may take longer.
  • Paying an Individual Account: Payments to individual accounts take place in real-time for RBC Online Banking.

Phone

Remember:

  • Payments typically take 1 business day to appear on your account however, please be aware that in some circumstances, this may take longer.
  • Only authorized Lead Program Administrators / Signing Officers are able to process payments under this option.

Mail

  • Complete Mail Payments form
  • Mail form and cheque to: Royal Bank of Canada, CREDIT CARD PAYMENT CENTRE, P.O. BOX 4016, STATION A, TORONTO ON M5W 2E6.

Remember:

  • Payments typically take 7 business days to appear on your account however, please be aware that in some circumstances, this may take longer.

Branch

Bring a list of 16-digit number account(s) you would like to pay.

Remember:

  • Payments typically take 6 business days to appear on your account however, please be aware that in some circumstances, this may take longer.
  • Always confirm with your Financial Institution that credit card payments to RBC are available.

Note: Other Financial Institution cheques are not accepted for payment to RBC Commercial Credit Card(s).

RBC ATM

  • Add the 16-digit commercial card account(s) as a Bill Payment.
  • Make a payment using Bill Payment function.

Other Bank ATM

  • Add 16-digit commercial card account(s) as a Bill Payment.
