SecurID* Token



Requesting a SecurID* Token

  • If your payments are going to exceed the daily limit of $5000, you will need a SecurID* Token.

  • Select "Token Security" from the Self Service menu, then select "Request a Token" from the Token Security page.

  • Your account will be charged $50 at the end of the month.
Where would you like to pick up your SecurID* Token?

  • Choose an RBC branch convenient for you.

  • We will call you when your SecurID* Token is ready for pickup (may take up to 10 business days).

  • You will need to identify yourself at the branch to ensure that you are the owner of the account.
Activating your Token
  • As soon as you receive your SecurID* Token, simply activate your information online.

  • Your new limit will be effective immediately and you can begin submitting payments.
  • Enter the number displayed on your SecurID* Token so RBC can validate your identity.

  • You will receive a confirmation that your activation was successful, after which you can immediately begin making payments.
