Rickhi Ramsahai, Director – Trust Services
Rickhi Ramsahai holds an MBA with a specialization in Finance and has over thirty-five years’ experience in the financial services sector, twenty-five of which at RBC where he began as a Trust Officer at RBC Trust in 1999. He moved to West Indies Stockbrokers Limited in 2006, having held senior management roles in Sales and Customer Service in the unit.
Rickhi was appointed Director – Trust Services at RBC Trust in 2023 and has overall responsibility for the management and operations of the business, ensuring operating efficiency, regulatory compliance and a superior level of customer service.

Deniece Esdelle, Senior Financial Analyst
Deniece Esdelle has oversight of the Financial Analysis department which is responsible for executing the Trustee’s fiduciary function by monitoring the activities of investment managers to ensure compliance with legislation as well as with the established investment policy statements. She is also the subject matter expert for formulating the financial models used for the computation of pension plan benefits and corporate trust calculations.
Ms. Esdelle is currently a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder and also possesses a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of the West Indies.

Michelle Juman, Senior Trust Officer
Michelle Juman manages a team of Trust Officers and Client Assistance Officers who are responsible for a portfolio of employee benefit plans, corporate trusts and personal trusts that must comply with constituting documents and all legal and statutory requirements. She ensures that requests from stakeholders are executed in accordance with constituent documents and that the pension plans are in compliance with all financial and regulatory reporting requirements.
Michelle Juman holds an MBA with a specialization in Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation and has over 21 years’ experience in Trust operations.

Kristy Appoo-Lawrence, Senior Trust Officer
Kristy Appoo-Lawrence currently holds the role of Senior Trust officer with responsibility for leading the team that handles the administration of pension plans and processes the monthly payroll of approximately 7,000 pensioners. She also provides critical support to RBC Trust Services by managing a portfolio of Trust accounts including personal and corporate trusts as well as employee benefit plan products.
She has an MBA (Distinction) with specialization in Finance, Big Data and Fintech from Anglia Ruskin University and has completed ACCA Level 1 and 2.
