Service | Description |

Stop Payment | An instruction from a client not to pay or honour a cheque. |
Certificate of Balance / Interest Paid | A certificate containing information on an account. The bank can confirm the balance held in your account to submit to Embassies for Visa Application, or send you a Certificate stating the total amount of interest paid in a certain period. |
Non-Stop Depository | A service that is generally used by business people for the deposit of cash and cheques any time day or night, using disposable bags. |
Point of Sale | Enables a merchant to accept client payments for goods and services in-person via a point-of-sale device or online using a website or secure payment link. |
Audit Certificate / Confirmation | A certificate prepared by the Bank normally sent to the auditors giving details on a customer's account. |
Letter of Reference | A reference or recommendation given to clients. RBC can send reference letters on your behalf to other institutions or individuals (e.g. schools and mortgage companies). |
Digital Banking | Digital (Online & Mobile) Banking services |
Bank Drafts | A draft is normally purchased by persons who need to make payments of a fixed amount locally or abroad. |
Traces | You can investigate the location of a draft or wire transfer that you have issued and has not been received by the beneficiary. |
Interim duplicate statements | You can request account statements requested by customers from time to time in between statement cycles. |
Night Depository |
Night depository is available for business and commercial clients who make deposits after regular banking hours. Please contact your nearest branch to find out more about this service. Features and Benefits:

Exchange of notes or coins | You can bring in coins to either be deposited into their accounts or exchange for notes. |
