Update your Alert Preferences

RBC Online Banking

Sign in to RBC Online Banking1. From the Accounts Summary page, click on the “Message/Alerts” link at the top of the page and select “Alert Centre”.
Select “Alert Settings” in the left-hand navigation menu on the Alert Centre page.
Once clicked, it will open a page showing your current E-mail and SMS Alert settings and the Alert preference in which you can make your changes.

RBC Mobile1 App

Sign in on the RBC Mobile1 app and click “More” at the bottom right corner of the page.
Under “Services”, click “Alerts & Notifications”
On the “Alert” page, Click the 3 dots at the top right corner of the page to open the “Settings” pop up
Click “Settings”, it’ll open a page showing a list of your accounts. Click the account that you’d like to update the Alert Settings
