Payroll Direct Deposit Form in Online Banking
We make it even easier for you to set up your payroll direct deposit by providing you with a personalized form that contains all of your account information so you don’t have to search for it.
To print your customized form you will need to:
- Sign In to Online Banking
- Click on any of your accounts.
- Select “View and Print Payroll Direct Deposit” from the right navigation.
- Select the account you want to deposit your payroll to from the dropdown, then click on “View and Print” and your customized form will be presented to you.
- Simply print, sign and submit a copy to your employer’s payroll department and your part is complete!
