To stop a cheque or pre-authorized payment
- Visit your "Personal Accounts" page and choose the account from which the cheque or pre-authorized payment will be withdrawn.
- Select "Stop a Cheque or Pre-Authorized Payment" on the left-hand side of your screen.

To request the cancellation of a bill payment made through Online Banking, at a branch, over the telephone or at an ATM, please call us 1-800-769-2555 before 6:00 pm local time on the day the payment was made.
