  • Immigrant Visa and Record of Landing (IMM Form #1000)
  • Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM Form #5292/5688)
  • Temporary Work Permit (IMM Form #1442/1102)
  • Study Permit (IMM Form #1208)
  • Permanent Resident Card

We also require one of the following as proof of identity:

  • A valid passport (Foreign passports are accepted)
  • Canadian Driver’s License
  • Provincial photo ID cards
  • Provincial Health Insurance Cards in the province of British Columbia (BC).
  • Canadian Government ID Card
