Make the switch by May 15, 2019 and you’ll get your choice of reward cards*
Here’s How the Switch Works:
Go to the Manage Documents from the Statements/Documents icon in RBC Online or Mobile Banking
Select “Electronic” in the drop down menu for EACH paper statement you receive
Once you’ve changed your preferences, you will be sent an email asking you to choose your $10 reward. Choices include: Amazon.ca Gift Card, The Ultimate Dining E-Promo Card, or Indigo E-Promo Card
You will be sent your reward by email within 14 daysTip: If your paper statements serve as a bill payment reminder, you can set up email or text message alerts so you never miss paying a bill on time.

All Gift cards or e-Promo cards (“Reward Cards”) are subject to availability. To receive a $10 reward card, you must have elected to change your document option from paper to electronic for one or more of your financial statements by May 15, 2019 and you must complete the redemption instructions (“Instructions”) provided by us. Only the Primary account owner for the account is eligible for this offer and may receive a one-time Reward card for each paper statement changed to electronic. Additional account owners are not eligible for this offer. If you meet these conditions, you will receive Instructions by email from RBC within 60 days of changing your record keeping preference. Your Reward card(s) selection would be considered as final and cannot be cancelled, reversed or returned for credit once selected. The use of a Reward card may be subject to certain terms and conditions set by the party issuing the Reward card, not Royal Bank of Canada (“RBC”).
