Using an RBC ATM

It's easy to find out your account balance via an RBC ATM.

Step 1:

Insert your debit or credit card into the card reader.

Step 2:

Enter your 4-digit personal ID code. Never reveal this.

Step 3:

Select Transaction – Account Balance.

Just a few more steps and you’re all done.

Step 4:

Select from account type - Chequing or Savings.

Step 5:

Select Yes to continue to another transaction or No to complete Balance Enquiry.

Step 6:

Retrieve your card.

Step 7:

Collect your receipt.

Congratulations! You’ve completed a Balance Enquiry via an RBC ATM.
