**Savings, Banking/Chequing and Credit Card accounts eStatements are accessible starting from 2016, 2017 or 2018 up to 10 years on a go-forward basis, depending on the jurisdiction.

You have to download and install appropriate software on your system/device as directed to view the PDF statement.
You can change the statement options via Manage eStatement functionality.
- Select the “Manage eStatements” tab in the eStatements feature.
- From the drop down menu, choose the account for which the statement option needs to be changed.
- Change the statement option to ‘Electronic Only’ or ‘Paper’, click submit. Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions and click Submit to complete the change.
You have two options for your statements:
Electronic
This is an online-only statement in a PDF format that you can save or print if needed. You’ll need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to view electronic statements. You can access electronic statements from as far back as 10 years**.
Paper
This is a physical paper statement that we’ll mail to the address in your RBC Royal Bank Digital Banking profile.
Depending on the jurisdiction and Account type ‘Manage eStatement’ Feature is enabled.
You can change statement option for Savings & Credit Card accounts but not for Chequing accounts in Trinidad & Tobago, Barbados, Cayman Islands, Bahamas and Turks & Caicos

No, Manage eStatement feature is not available to all Digital Banking Clients. Depending on the Product, Account Type and Client type, the feature is enabled on the Digital Banking profile.

The alternative to Paper Statements is eStatements, and eStatements can only be provided to Digital Banking clients.
