What if I don't have an Employee/Vendor/Recipient Number?

If you do not have a unique number to identify your recipient, you can create one and increment it for each new recipient. This is a required field and can hold up to 19 alphanumeric characters. Do not use special characters.

What if my Employee/Vendor/Recipient did not receive his/her e-mail notification?

Verify you have the correct email address. If the address is correct, please ask the recipient to add achaft@app.rbc.com to their "safe senders" list. This should ensure email from RBC is not blocked by spam filters.
